tbajee Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tbajee ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("User", "you", "your"). These Terms apply to the tbajee website (tbajee.cam) and all of its services.

The tbajee platform provides online betting, sports betting, casino games, slot games, fishing games and other gaming services for players in Bangladesh. Using this platform means you fully agree to these Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and doing so will result in all accounts being cancelled and associated funds may be forfeited.

3. Age and Eligibility Requirements

Users must be at least 21 years of age to use the tbajee platform. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

The following eligibility requirements must also be met:

• The user must operate the account of their own free will and sound mind.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or using their funds is strictly prohibited.
• Users may not access the platform from any country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• tbajee employees and their family members may generally be excluded from promotional benefits.

4. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your account. Keep your account login details (username and password) confidential and do not share them with anyone.

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Processing time: generally 10 to 45 minutes
• Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

6. Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus:

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Bonus example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before withdrawal.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.

General Bonus Terms:

• Separate wagering conditions may apply for each bonus.
• There is a set time limit to meet bonus requirements — unused bonuses expire at the end of the period.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device is prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, tbajee reserves the right to investigate the account.

• Bonus arbitrage or abuse of the bonus system.
• Creating multiple accounts or concealing identity.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Harassing or abusing other users.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Deceiving others in the name or identity of tbajee.
